About Julia Hansen

Julia Hansen began her career as an interior designer in the middle Tennessee area. As the owner of Nashville Design Group, LLC, in her role as Lead Designer she has been able to help many clients with complete renovations or simple restyles in middle Tennessee and along Florida’s scenic Highway 30A. Her love of style, houses, interiors and redesign made her decision to go into real estate a natural choice.  Julia joined The Kirby Group team with Village Real Estate in Nashville in 2021.  

Julia’s love of all things 30A prompted her to become licensed in Florida. She joined Inlet Beach Real Estate soon after. Her knowledge of the Florida panhandle is an asset to anyone wanting to buy or sell along 30A. Her family has been visiting the emerald coast for over 20 years and she is passionate about the market between Destin and Panama City Beach. She and her family also own a short-term rental along 30A where they love to visit as much as possible.

She is a member of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) and completed the SAR (Staging & Redesign) staging course in 2016.  She has been staging houses for realtors for the past few years and loves finding the hidden potential in every home.

She is an animal lover, artist, designer, realtor, beach lover, tennis player and enjoys her “zen” time walking the beaches along 30A and hiking the trails at Edwin Warner Park in Nashville.

Julia has lived in Franklin, Tn for over 20 years with her husband, Stuart, and children, Carter and Olivia.
